What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • username and password - Used for user authentication on our website. We don’t keep passwords in plain text. Password encryption algorithm is not reversible, so if you forget your password we will generate another one for you.
  • email address - Used for account activation during registration process and sending unique device ID for mobile tracking application. We may also use it in process of resetting forgotten password.
  • location data - The data sent from mobile tracking application to our servers. Needed for tracking service to work. We send the following: latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, course and timestamp. We also send tracking plan type currently in use (drive, bike or walk) and additional description of the location fix (e.g. speed limit reached, parked, first appearance etc.).
  • site usage statistics data - The information gathered during general browsing. These include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, and information such as the website that referred you to us, the files you download, the pages you visit, and the dates/times of those visits. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. That said, we cannot guarantee nondisclosure of personal information due to factors beyond our control.
